Judges of the Constitutional Court spoke at the V Eurasian Forum on Human Rights

Constitutional Court judges Bakyt Nurmukhanov and Aizhan Zhatkanbaeva took part in the V Eurasian Human Rights Forum "Human Rights and their Protection: Theory, Reality and Development Trends" organized by the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court.

The event brought together representatives of the judiciary, domestic and foreign scholars, and the human rights community.

The forum discussed issues related to the theoretical aspects of human rights, their actualization in real life, and development trends in this area.

Judges of the Constitutional Court provided participants with information on the law enforcement practice of the Constitutional Court, emphasizing its role in guaranteeing the realization of constitutional human and civil rights and freedoms. In their speeches, they also highlighted the conditions of admissibility of appeals to the Constitutional Court.
