The delegation of foreign scholars visited the Constitutional Court

Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court Bakhyt Nurmukhanov and the Head of the Apparatus Zere Utebayeva held meeting with legal scholars from Xi'an Jiaotong University (China) and discussed activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as other constitutional novelties that were adopted as a result of the republican referendum in 2022.

Professor Shan Wenhua noted that constitutional proceedings in his country fall under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. He also shared information about the scientific and practical activities of the University in the field of law.
