The Constitutional Court and the AIFC International Arbitration Center continue cooperation

Chairperson of the Constitutional Court Elvira Azimova and the judges of the Constitutional Court held meeting with the Chairman of the AIFC International Arbitration Center Thomas Krummel.

During the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on holding joint events, expert support and exchange of experience within the framework of the concluded memorandum of understanding, including on issues of mediation in legal proceedings and interaction with media resources.

Moreover, issues of promoting knowledge among young people on constitutional and international private law, human rights that guaranteed by the Constitution of Kazakhstan to freedom of entrepreneurial activity and freedom of association were discussed.
