The Vth International Conference of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union

Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami sent greetings to the participants of the Vth International Conference of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union entitled: “Ensuring the effectiveness of access to justice in the EAEU”.

Kairat Mami noted that the main goal of the Eurasian Economic Union is to maintain sustainable economic growth in the member countries. In this ongoing process, legal disputes and conflicts inevitably arise. The EAEU Court is designed to ensure the uniform application of the Union's regulations, the speaker said.

The event was attended by representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, authorities and judicial bodies of the EAEU Member States, constitutional and supreme courts, other government bodies and the scientific community.
