Unzila Shapak participated in the plenary session of the Supreme Court

 On September 29, 2022, a member of the Constitutional Council Unzila Shapak participated in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting considered draft normative resolutions of the Supreme Court “On introducing amendments and additions to the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2016 No. 7 “On judicial practice in considering civil cases in disputes arising from bank loan agreements” and “On introducing amendments and additions to some normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil and civil procedural legislation”.

Judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central state bodies participated in the meeting.
