The annual civil law readings were held

The international scientific and practical conference on  "The application and interpretation of law and the treaty" was held.

It was organized by the Research Institute of  Private Law of the Caspian University, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Kazakhstan International Arbitration.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Council, K.A. Mami, sent a welcoming speech to the forum participants, in which he noted that "the interpretation of law is a necessary element of the law-realization process. The Basic Law grants the Constitutional Council the right to officially interpret the norms of the Constitution. This conference provides an excellent opportunity to exchange opinions on many topical issues and work out ways to solve existing problems."

The conference participants discussed the application of the norms of civil, civil procedure legislation, as well as general theoretical problems of interpretation of legislation, etc.
