The Mazhilis of the Parliament approved in the first reading Draft Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

At the plenary session of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, the draft Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was approved in the first reading.

The meeting was attended by Secretary General of the Constitutional Council Bakyt Nurmukhanov.

The plenary session also considered draft constitutional laws on the Commissioner for Human Rights, on the Prosecutor's Office, amendments to some constitutional and other legislative acts on the implementation of the Address of the Head of State dated March 16, 2022.
