The presentation of the draft constitutional law "On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held

Head of the Staff of the Constitutional Council B.Nurmukhanov, Head of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation M.Badaliev, Adviser to the Chairman of the Constitutional Council B.Raisova  and Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation N.Tasbulatov  participated in the presentation of drafts of some constitutional laws  and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the draft constitutional law "On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was held in  Mazhilis of the Parliament online.

Vice-Minister of Justice A.Mukanova  and Deputy Prosecutor General A.Chindaliev  delivered reports.

The event was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of state bodies, NGOs, as well as independent experts.
