International scientific journal dedicated to the activities of the Constitutional Council was published

Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami met with the Director of the Research Institute of Economics and Law at the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after academician Z. Aldamzhar, Professor, Doctor of Law Zhalybin.

During the meeting, Sergey Zhalybin officially presented the International scientific journal "Problems of Law and Economics", dedicated to the activities of the Constitutional Council.

The journal presents the article by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council entitled: "The practice of appeals to the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the presentation of the courts."

It is devoted to the implementation of the development of constitutional review in the sphere of observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens enshrined in the Constitution, as well as new trends in strengthening human rights institutions.

 The journal also includes the works of the members of the Constitutional Council, the Secretary General, the Advisor to the Chairman and the staff of the Constitutional Council, which reflect in detail the specifics of the activities of the kazakhstan’s constitutional review body.

Following the meeting, Kairat Mami presented Sergey Zhalybin departmental award of the Constitutional Council - the medal " Конституциялық заңдылықты нығайтуға қосқан үлесі үшін " for special merits in ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution, a significant contribution to the formation and development of constitutionalism.

 

The journal will be useful to a wide range of people interested in the theory and practice of constitutionalism.
