Expert Club of the CCS: ‘Human Rights Potential of the Updated Constitution’

Secretary General of the Constitutional Council Bakyt Nurmukhanov participated in an expert round table entitled: ‘The human rights potential of the updated Constitution’ at the Central Communications Service.

In his speech, Bakyt Nurmukhanov informed the participants of the event about the modernization of the constitutional review institution with the establishment of the Constitutional Court.

The expert meeting was attended by the Commissioner for Human Rights, representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, state bodies, non-governmental organizations, the legal community, as well as human rights institutions.
