The 3rd Research Conference of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts

Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Office of the Constitutional Council Nurysh Tasbulatov and Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation Aigul Mukusheva participated online in the 3rd Research Conference of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC), which discussed the right to life.

The conference is hosted by the AACC Secretariat for Research and Development, based at the Constitutional Court of Korea.

Within the framework of the conference, Aigul Mukusheva made a presentation on the topic: “The Death Penalty Goes Into the Past.”
