First meeting of the Working Group

The first meeting of the working group on the draft Constitutional Law “On the introduction of amendments and additions to certain constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the draft Law “On the introduction of amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was held.

The meeting was attended by members of the working group - Advisor to the Chairman of the Constitutional Council Balgul Raisova and Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Office of the Constitutional Council Nurysh Tasbulatov.

The meeting discussed draft proposals on the Constitutional Laws “On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies”, to the laws “On political parties”, “On the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan”, “ On the public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
