Some issues of the application of tax legislation by the courts were discussed

On May 19, 2022, the Chief Consultant of the Legal Support and International Cooperation Department of the Apparatus of the Constitutional Council M.Span participated in the session of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the moderation of the Chairman of the Judicial Board for Civill Cases of the Supreme Court N. Sharipov the draft Regulatory Resolution of the Supreme Court «On some issues of application of tax legislation by courts» was considered.

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific advisory council, representatives of central state bodies and experts.
