The next session of the Scientific Advisory Council will be held

On May 20, 2022, a session of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Constitutional Council will be held at 15:00.

The following issues are on the agenda:

  1. Constitutional foundations of interaction between the Basic Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international law (on the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's accession to the UN and the 10th anniversary of joining the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe).
  2. On the draft annual message of the Constitutional Council on the

state of constitutional legality in the country.

  1. Report on topical issues of the science of constitutional law in 2020-21 (based on the results of the analysis of publications in legal editions).
