Advisory document to the draft Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

In order to implement the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2022 “New Kazakhstan: Path of Renewal and Modernization”, a regulatory policy advisory document was developed for the draft Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

The document has been published on “Open Legal Acts” portal and will be under public discussion until May 11.
