Amendments to the normative resolution of the Supreme Court were discussed

On March 31, 2022, the Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Constitutional Council Saule Ayasheva participated online in the meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court Nurserik Sharipov, the finalized draft of the normative resolution of the Supreme Court “On the application of legislation by the courts when considering cases on challenging the executive inscription” was considered.

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific Advisory Council, representatives of central government agencies and experts.
