Message of the President of the Republic

On March 16, 2022, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed a Message to the people of Kazakhstan on a new program of political reforms and socio-economic measures for the near future.

The Chairman and members of the Constitutional Council took part in a joint session of the Chambers of Parliament dedicated to this event.
