UNZILA SHAPAK PARTICIPATED IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE SUPREME COURT

On March 10, 2022, Member of the Constitutional Council Unzila Shapak participated in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting considered draft normative resolutions of the Supreme Court “On introducing amendments and additions to some normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on criminal and criminal procedural legislation” and “On the application of legislation regulating the consideration of criminal cases in cassation procedure”.

Judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central state bodies took part in the meeting.
