Amendments to the regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court were discussed

On March 4, 2022, the Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Constitutional Council Saule Akhanova participated online in the meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court Nurserik Sharipov, the revised draft of the regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court “On the application of the legislation on public procurement by the courts” was considered.

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific Advisory Council, representatives of central government bodies and experts.
