The book on constitutional rights in the countries of Asian Association has been published

The Secretariat for Research and Development (Korea) of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) has published a research book “Constitutional Rights and AACC Members”.

The book provides an overview of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitutions in the countries of AACC members, rights provisions from the texts of constitutions, relevant historical background, decisions of constitutional review bodies and other information that allows readers to develop a broad understanding of the protection of human rights in the Asian region.
