120th Plenary session of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe

The member of the Constitutional Council, deputy member of the Venice Commission from the Republic of Kazakhstan, Unzila Shapak has taken part in the 120th Plenary Session of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) on October, 11-12.

Kazakhstan since 1998 had a status of observer under the Venice Commission, and since 2012 is a member.

At the session, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has presented information on the draft Administrative Procedural Procedure Code, on which the Venice Commission gave its opinion last year.
