Amendments to the regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court were discussed

On February 25, 2022, the сhief сonsultant of the department of legal support and international cooperation of the Constitutional Council Saule Akhanova participated online in the meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Judicial Panel for civil cases of the Supreme Court Nurserik Sharipov, the draft regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court “On amendments and additions to the regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 11, 2003 No. 5 “On judgment” was considered.

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific Advisory Council, representatives of central government bodies and experts.
