Amendments to a number of regulations discussed Supreme Court

On February 16, 2022, the Chief Consultant of the Legal Support and International Cooperation Department of the Office of the Constitutional Council A.Mukusheva participated in the session of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the moderation of the Chairman of the Judicial Board for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court A. Zhukenov drafts of Regulatory Decisions of the Supreme Court «On the application of legislation regulating the consideration of criminal cases in cassation» and «On amendments and additions to some regulatory decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on criminal and criminal procedural legislation» were considered.

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific advisory council, representatives of central state bodies and experts.
