Work has commenced on the draft Annual Address

The Constitutional Council has established a working group to prepare a draft annual Address “On the constitutional legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

The Council’s addresses summarize the practice of constitutional proceedings, analyze the implementation by state bodies of the legal positions specified in the normative resolutions of the Constitutional Council, the status of implementation of constitutional provisions in the current legislation and the practice of their application, and also make proposals on strengthening guarantees for the protection of citizens’ constitutional rights and freedoms.
