UNZILA SHAPAK TOOK PART IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE SUPREME COURT

On February 10, 2022, a member of the Constitutional Council of Unzila Shapak took part in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting considered the draft regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court «On amendments and additions to the regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2006 No. 9 «On the application by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of legislation on court costs in civil cases».

The meeting was attended by judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central government agencies.
