GUEST LECTURE AT THE KAZAKH NATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER ABAI

On December 9, 2021, a member of the Constitutional Council U. Shapak gave a lecture to teachers and students of the Law Faculty of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University on the topic «The Constitution is the basis of Independence», dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
