U. SHAPAK TOOK PART IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE SUPREME COURT

December 8, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council U. Shapak took part in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participants reviewed the draft Regulatory Resolution of the Supreme Court «On amendments and additions to some regulatory decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on criminal and criminal procedure legislation».

The meeting was attended by judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central government agencies.
