AMENDMENTS TO THE NORMATIVE RULING OF THE SUPREME COURT DISCUSSED

On December 21, 2021, the Chief Consultant of the Legal Support and International Cooperation Department of the Office of the Constitutional Council Madina Span participated in the session of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Scientific Advisory Council considered the draft Normative Resolution of the Supreme Court “On Amendments and Additions to the Normative Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2006 No. 9 “On the Application by the Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of legislation on Judicial Expenses in Civil Cases.”

The meeting was attended by members of the Scientific Advisory Council, representatives of central state bodies and experts.
