INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC

On November 26, 2021, the member of the Constitutional Council Rakhmet Mukashev participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan entitiled: “30 years of independence, prosperity and unity: legal aspects”, held in the online format.

At the forum, member of the Constitutional Council Rakhmet Mukashev announced the welcoming speech of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami, where Kairat Abdrazakovich noted some aspects of the development of the modern law. Over the 30-year period of Kazakhstan's Independence, new branches of law, characteristic of an economically and politically developed society, have emerged. In his welcoming speech, he noted that it is necessary to pay attention to the development and improvement of some areas in lawmaking.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference was also attended by members of Parliament, representatives of the President’s Administration, the Constitutional Council, the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office, state bodies, international and non-governmental organizations, educational organizations, domestic and foreign scientists and the media.
