ISSUES DISCUSSED ОN THE APPLICATION OF THE NORMS OF INTERNATIONAL TREATIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

On october 21, 2021, the Chief Consultant of the Legal Support and International Cooperation Department of the Office of the Constitutional Council M.Span participated in the session of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The draft Regulatory Resolution of the Supreme Court «On the application of the norms of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was considered at the meeting.

It was attended by members of the Scientific advisory council, representatives of central state bodies and experts.
