ISSUES OF IMPROVING CRIMINAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS WERE DISCUSSED

On October 15, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council A. Daulbayev participated via videoconference in a joint meeting of the Commission on the Reform of the Law Enforcement and Judicial Systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Advisory Committee on the Reform of the Law Enforcement and Judicial Systems of the Supreme Council for Reforms.

The issues of optimization of criminal legislation with simultaneous correction of the criminal procedure and penal enforcement codes, improvement of criminal and administrative proceedings were considered during the meeting.
