THE ISSUES OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT WERE DISCUSSED

On September 23, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council Jogan Merkel took part in the online meeting of the working group on the reform of the judicial system under the Commission for reforming the law enforcement and judicial system under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants discussed proposals for the modernization of administrative judicial proceedings.
