THE CONSTITUTION IS THE BASIS OF AN INDEPENDENT STATE

On August 27, 2021, an International scientific and practical conference on the topic «The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a guarantor of the rule of law: formation and analysis of the path traveled» was held online, dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum was organized by the Karaganda Academy named after Barimbek Beisenov of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the forum, a member of the Constitutional Council, Unzila Shapak, made a report on the topic «The Constitution is the basis of an independent state».

The event was attended by representatives of state, law enforcement agencies, specialized universities, scientists of Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
