INDEPENDENT KAZAKHSTAN: YEARS FULL OF CREATIVITY

On August 26, 2021, Unzila Shapak, a member of the Constitutional Council, took part in the round table on the topic: «Independent Kazakhstan: years full of creation. The main achievements of the Karaganda region», organized by the Akimat of the Karaganda region.

In her welcoming speech, Unzila Shapak noted that the basis of the constitutional system of independent Kazakhstan is the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan», adopted on December 16, 1991, and this political and legal document of an independent country became the starting point for realizing the dream of our people about building a strong and effective state.

The event was attended by state and public figures, mayors of cities and districts, heads of regional state bodies, representatives of youth.
