BALANCING THE LEGAL AND DE FACTO CONSTITUTION

On August 26, 2021, a round table was held on the topic: “The President is a symbol and guarantor of the steadfastness of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan", dedicated to the day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum was organized by the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the forum, member of the Constitutional Council, Victor Malinovskiy made a presentation on the topic: "Ensuring the balance of the legal and actual Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

Within the framework of the forum, a presentation of the collection of works of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev took place.

The event was attended by representatives of the Executive Office of the President and other state bodies, the scientific community of Kazakhstan and the country's universities.
