CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF TAJIKISTAN

Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Ashurzoda Abdulhafiz Abdu sent his congratulations on the occasion of the Constitution Day and the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He noted that during Kazakhstan’s Presidency, the role of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and equivalent institutions has significantly increased, and now it is an important organization for strengthening constitutionalism in the region. Indeed, it was the constitutions that played an important role in ensuring the foundations of the independence of our countries, based on which a solid foundation was laid for the constitutional system of our states.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and deep gratitude for the fruitful cooperation that has led to a new impetus and friendship in the relations between the constitutional review bodies of our States, based on mutual trust and respect.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you in the current difficult time, first of all, good health and prosperity.

I hope that the established close friendly relations between the constitutional review bodies of our countries will continue to develop and strengthen.
