WISHES FROM THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND

The President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand Mr. Worawit Kangsasitiam sent his congratulations on the occasion of the Constitution Day and the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He notes that the Constitution is the supreme law of the State. It serves as the primary source of domestic law. For this reason, the Constitution is therefore the most important of all laws.

On the occasion of the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, please allow me to congratulate the Republic of Kazakhstan and citizens of Kazakhstan. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is regarded as the foundation of political and legal system. I do strongly believe that the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan will definitely bring the national unity, broaden the civil solidarity and further development for prosperous future in politics, economic and society.
