FEDERAL COURT OF MALAYSIA CONGRATULATED ON CONSTITUTION DAY AND 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE

Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Malaysia Ms. Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, sent her congratulations on the occasion of the Constitution Day and the 30th Аnniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

“Most if not all of us in the AACC appreciate the notion of independence as attached to it are fundamental and cherished notions such as sovereignty and self-determination of our peoples. The hallmark of independence is the establishment of the Constitution of the State the vigorous defenders of which are our Judiciaries.

I would like to express, on behalf of myself and all my colleagues here in Malaysia our heartfelt felicitations to the Republic of Kazakhstan on its 30th anniversary of its Independence. The celebration is an opportune moment not just for Kazakhstan but for all of us to pause and reflect on the importance of our respective founding documents - our Constitutions - and the herculean tasks we all shoulder to preserve, protect and defend them,” noted in her congratulatory speech Ms. Tuan Mat.
