ADDRESS BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF INDONESIA

The Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia, Mr. Anwar Usman, sent his congratulations on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 30th anniversary of Independence. In his congratulatory speech, he expressed the hope that in the future the Republic of Kazakhstan would gain more success in the future and take part on contributing the world peace in every sector.

Anwar Usman notes that recently, health is one of the fundamental rights that has to be prioritized by all countries in the world. We should send our highest appreciation to our healthcare workers in all over the world for their patience and responsibility while taking care the Covid-19 patients. moreover, we need to continue to put more efforts and enhance our further cooperation to fulfill the need of Covid-19 vaccines so the loss due to Covid-19 can be prevented. We need to help each other hand in hand in the name of humanity to create a better world in the future.

In this special occasion, I would like to congratulate the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan that had successfully conducted the 4th Congress of AACC in 2020 during the pandemic of Covid-19. Although the Congress could not be conducted as usual due to the pandemic, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan could perform its task as the President of AACC smoothly and leads the organization perfectly. Once again, Congratulation for the 30th Independence Day! I wish you a huge success in every endeavors.
