EXPERT DISCUSSION ON THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS HELD

On August 12, 2021, the Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Office of the Constitutional Council Madina Span took part in an online expert on the judicial system, administrative procedures and administrative process issues within the framework of preparation of the draft Concept of legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030.

The event was organized by the Legal Policy Research Center.

The event was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Justice, the non-governmental sector and international organizations.
