INTERNATIONAL FORUM DEDICATED TO THE 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF A.N. AGYBAEV

On June 18, 2021, an international scientific conference “The Main Directions of Development of Informational Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Modern Conditions” was held. The conference was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law Arykbai Nusipaliyevich Agybayev. The forum was organized by the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

At the forum, a member of the Constitutional Council Alibek Temerbekov read out the welcoming speech of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami. In that speech Kairat Abdrazakovich emphasized the invaluable contribution of Arykbay Nusipaliyevich in the development of legal science in the country and in the formation of the sphere of training qualified lawyers. The legal community respects you as a scholar who has dedicated his life to studying the nuances of law. Your work on the study of the most important theoretical and methodological issues of criminal law and criminology is especially valuable, emphasized Kairat Mami.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Council congratulated the hero of the day and wished him good health and well-being.

The forum was attended by representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the scientific legal community of countries, near and far abroad.
