THE ARTICLE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL WAS PUBLISHED IN INTERNATIONAL REVIEW OF CONSTITUTIONAL STUDIES

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria has carried out an international review of constitutional studies on actual issues of constitutional justice in the 21st century.

This forum for comparative studies and analytical views of scientists from all over the world focuses on promotion of innovative ideas.

The book presents an article by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami on the topic: "Constitutional Review in the Modern World: The Experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

It tells about the Kazakhstani model of constitutional review, which plays an important role in the establishment of the rule of law. The author notes that the practice of the Constitutional Council has a positive impact on all spheres of public relations. The constitutional review in Kazakhstan per se is developing adequately to modern challenges and within the framework of the achievements of the world constitutional heritage.
