U.SHAPAK HAVE BEEN APPOINTED REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN SUBSTITUTE MEMBER OF THE VENICE COMMISSION.

By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan №289 of March 16, 2020 the member of the Constitutional Council U.Shapak have been appointed Republic of Kazakhstan substitute member of the European Commission for democracy through law (Venice Commission).
