THE ON-LINE CONFERENCE, DEDICATED TO THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRESIDENCY INSTITUTE IN KAZAKHSTAN WILL BE HELD.

On April 24, 2020, an International scientific and practical online conference will be held on: "Presidential form of government: constitutional basis and political practice", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the  presidency institute in Kazakhstan.
The event is organized by the Constitutional Council and the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Elbasy together with the country's leading Universities.
According to the program, speeches will be delivered by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council K.Mami and member of the Council V.Malinovsky.
The conference will be attended by representatives of state structures of Kazakhstan, authoritative international organizations, a number of constitutional courts of foreign countries, as well as prominent scientists and public figures.
