EXPERTS WERE DEFINED ON APPLICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SENATE OF THE PARLIAMENT

The Constitutional Council has engaged well-known legal scholars in the country as experts for complete study and provision of comprehensive and objective review of the application of the Chairman of the Parliament Senate to give an official interpretation of paragraph 3, article 61 of the Constitution of the Republic. Among them are doctors of law, professors E. Abdrasulov, E. Duysenov and candidates of law M. Gabdualiev and Zh.Tlembayeva.
Using scientific achievements in constitutional proceedings is one of the well-established methods of work of the Constitutional Council.
