MENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL

The Constitutional Council amended the Regulations of the Constitutional Council.
The Regulations are supplemented with provisions regulating the procedure for conducting constitutional proceedings in electronic format.
At the initiative of the Constitutional Council, participants in constitutional proceedings, their representatives, as well as experts, specialists, translators and other persons may participate in the Council sitting by using technical means of communication.
