DISCUSSED THE ISSUES OF MODERNIZATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

On June 11, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council Jogan Merkel took part in the meeting of the working groups on the reform of the law enforcement and judicial systems under the Commission on the reform of the law enforcement and judicial systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants discussed the issues of modernization of criminal proceedings.
