MEETING WITH THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

Secretary General of the Constitutional Council B. Nurmukhanov delivered online  lecture to the 2nd year students of the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan state University.
Within the framework of "Constitutional and legal status of constitutional control in the Republic of Kazakhstan", issues related to the history of the formation and development of constitutional justice, the activities of the Constitutional Council to affirm the values of the rule of law were highlighted.
Special attention was paid to the events held within the year of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
