WORKING MEETING IN THE СONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL

On January 15, 2019, Chairman of the Constitutional Council K. Mami held a working meeting with the composition of the Council and its staff.
During the event, issues of the implementation of Action Plan of the Constitutional Council for 2019 were discussed.
In accordance with Article 53, subparagraph 6) of the Constitution, a draft annual Address of the Constitutional Council on the state of constitutional legality in the country has been initiated.
Issues of ensuring compliance of current legislation with the Basic Law of the country remain a priority in the work of the Constitutional Council.
In a solemn ceremony, the chief consultant of the Constitutional Council M. Assylbayev, who was first appointed to an administrative civil service, took an oath.
