ISSUES OF RESOLVING ELECTORAL DISPUTES DURING A STATE OF EMERGENCY

Deputy Head of the Legal Support and International Cooperation Department of the Office of the Constitutional Council N. Tasbulatov, took part in the 2nd Virtual Forum, which discussed issues of emergency legislation and the activities of courts that resolve election disputes in Europe, the USA, Canada and Latin America.
The forum is organized by the Global Network on Electoral Justice and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Mexico).
